Separate terms for Clarity and GovFit
Each product now has its own Terms of Service instead of sharing one document.
Clarity and GovFit are different products with different obligations, and they were sharing a single Terms of Service. They no longer do.
Government users signing in to Clarity are asked to accept the Clarity Terms of Service and the shared Privacy Policy. GovFit vendors continue to accept the GovFit terms. Each document is versioned on its own, so updating one does not force everyone on the other product to re-accept.
You can review everything you have agreed to, and read the current version of each document, from your settings page.
Fixes that came with it
- Government-only accounts could hit an error when the terms prompt appeared. They no longer can.
- If one legal document failed to load, the acceptance dialog showed nothing at all rather than the documents that did load.
- A document with no published version could re-prompt indefinitely.
