The associations you belong to are now on the list
State leagues, county, school boards, township and regional council associations, with the ones relevant to your government shown first.
You can now link your government to the associations it actually belongs to. The list covers state municipal leagues, county associations, school boards associations, township associations, state associations of regional councils, and the national bodies, for most states.
It suggests before it lists. A township in Ohio sees the Ohio Township Association at the top, then Ohio's regional councils association, then the rest of Ohio's; a school district in Texas sees the Texas Association of School Boards. The suggestions come from the state and the kind of government already on your record, so there is nothing extra to fill in. Nothing is hidden either: the full list is one click away and there is a search box, because plenty of governments belong to something no rule would predict.
Associations now have their own page on your organization, next to Profile and Team. That is where they belong, because joining an association is the government's decision rather than one person's. Linking from there names the organization explicitly, which matters if you work with more than one government: previously the system had to pick one for you.
If an association you belong to is missing, it is worth telling us. The list is built from the directories those organizations publish, and a few of them do not publish one.
